The Woman Behind The Story

Kim Block is an entrepreneur and first-time author whose debut novel draws from her own remarkable life experiences, reimagines through the lens of Biographical Fiction. A graduate of Tulane University Business School, Kim channeled her entrepreneurial spirit into multiple ventures including invites, bspoiled and current company, RLB Squared. She founded Lowcountry Strong Foundation 501(c)(3) and Hungry Heart Relief Fund.

When she’s not building businesses, giving back to her community or crafting stories, Kim can be found on the pilates reformer or yoga mat, lost in a good book, or planning her next travel adventure. She lives in Bluffton, South Carolina with her husband and is the proud mother of three children.

Through deeply personal storytelling, she explores the complexities of family, identity, and the strength required to overcome adversity.

Her work reminds readers that even the most difficult chapters can become the beginning of something new.
